Common questions
How do I turn on iCloud sync?
Sign in to iCloud with your Apple Account in iOS Settings. Then turn on iCloud sync in Tigr's settings. Your tasks appear on your other devices with the same Apple Account shortly after.
Tigr doesn't see my calendar.
Open iOS Settings, then Apps › Tigr › Calendars, and allow full access. Tigr only reads. It never changes or deletes anything in your calendar.
How do I bring over my reminders?
In Tigr, go to Settings › Import Reminders. Tigr reads them and creates them as tasks. Nothing changes in the Reminders app.
My Apple Watch shows nothing.
Open Tigr once on your iPhone, then on your watch. In the Watch app on your iPhone, check that Tigr is installed on the watch. Both need iOS 26 and watchOS 26. If that doesn't help, restart both devices.
How do I delete all my data?
In Tigr, go to Settings › Delete All Data. This removes everything on this device and in your iCloud. You can also delete the iCloud data directly: iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage › Tigr.
